Photography Resources

Photography is a beautiful thing.  It connects us and reminds us in ways other avenues can’t.  For me, great photos have been very important ever since my son was born, and I’m sure all parents feel the same.  Capturing precious moments or his funny antics are a must.  Snapping that action shot as he eats a tasty dish I made for him became fun too, and of course getting pictures of unique and beautifully presented dishes from a trip across the world or at a great local spot always feels satisfying.

So, here are some great tools I use for amazing photos that you should pick up as well:

Canon EOS Rebel SL2 200D (some come in kit with lens)

• This camera is great for the seasoned professional photographers or the beginners who are just starting great hobbies. I find this camera to be amazing in that it’s small and light, fits wonderfully in the hand, and takes great beautiful photos.  Whether it’s food or life events, it’s perfect!  I take this camera to the kitchen and on trips.

Sony Xperia XZ2 Smartphone

• While the world is getting wrapped up in the Apple ecosystem, many are sleeping one of the best smartphones around and possibly the phone with one of if not the best camera around in my opinion. It’s so good that other companies with smartphones are getting some of their components from Sony.  Being able to quickly take out my phone and take an amazing photo of a dish or just to capture life in general is made easy with the Xperia XZ2.  I get compliments on photos taken with my phone all the time.
